Are you ready to take the lead in building the future of clean energy?

We're looking for a
Construction Project Manager
with a strong
electrical or high-voltage (HV)
background to oversee the development and construction of
large-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects
from concept to grid connection.

In this role, you'll:

Develop project strategies, schedules, and budgets for PV installations

Supervise on-site construction, ensuring quality, safety, and technical compliance

Collaborate with procurement teams to select and manage suppliers and subcontractors

Work closely with local DSOs to coordinate grid connections

Monitor project costs, mitigate risks, and report progress to management and partners

Ensure full compliance with technical and regulatory standards

What we're looking for:

5+ years of experience in project management within the
energy or renewables sector

Background in
electrical, construction, or renewable energy engineering

Experience in
EPC project delivery
and collaboration with
international teams

Solid understanding of
DSO requirements
and PV project regulations

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Excellent command of English and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Willingness to travel across project sites
