Hiring: Construction Manager – Mechanical (MEP Projects) | Europe

We're looking for an experienced and driven *Construction Manager – Mechanical (MEP)* to lead the execution of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works across industrial and infrastructure projects in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end MEP construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants to align project milestones.

  • Review technical drawings, ensure compliance with local/EU codes, and resolve site-level challenges.

  • Monitor progress, manage resources, and report to senior management on project KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in MEP project execution, preferably in industrial or infrastructure sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and electrical systems.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel and work across European project sites.

  • Location: Europe (with project-based mobility across EU countries)
