We are currently looking for a Electrical Manager for one of our clients in Romania.

This would be a permanent position.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance within industrial or construction projects.
  • Proven experience leading electrical teams and managing subcontractors.
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian and EU electrical standards, regulations, and safety procedures.
  • Experience with power distribution, LV/MV systems, and automation/control systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Romanian language skills are an advantage.
  • Availability to work onsite and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
