About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to oversee the implementation of photovoltaic (PV) and BESS projects from planning to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and safety standards. You will coordinate across internal teams, external suppliers, and subcontractors, playing a key role in delivering high-quality renewable energy assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive strategies and schedules for PV project implementation, ensuring compliance with technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the procurement department in selecting suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Supervise and monitor all construction activities, ensuring full compliance with safety and technical standards.
  • Coordinate with local DSO operators regarding grid connection processes for PV farms.
  • Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and partners, providing regular project updates and managing potential challenges.
  • Ensure projects comply with all relevant local, regional, and national regulations.
  • Promote efficient workflows and continuous improvement to enhance project delivery and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in project management within the energy sector.
  • Higher education in
    electrical engineering, power engineering,
    or
    renewable energy,
    or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience with EPC processes in investment projects.
  • Experience working with international teams and local DSOs.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Assertive, proactive, and results-oriented approach when dealing with external contractors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including collaboration with senior management.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and project costs effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
