  • Practical experience with open-source BPMN solutions (e.g., Camunda, Flowable, Activiti).
  • Experience with agentic AI and its integration into processes.
  • Knowledge of applying classical Machine Learning methods for optimization and forecasting.
  • Ability to differentiate when AI is more efficient versus simple automation (scripts, minimal RPA).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language for agentic AI or BPM (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
  • Experience in technical documentation and clear communication of processes.
  • Orientation towards open-source solutions and cost optimization.

Analyze and document business processes across the company (procurement, accounting, finance, laboratories, hospitals, clinics, operations, etc.), even without direct domain experience.

Implement and maintain BPMN solutions, with a strong focus on open-source platforms.

Accurately identify and differentiate cases where agentic AI is justified versus traditional scripts or automations.

Integrate agentic AI solutions into workflows where they add value.

Identify opportunities to develop traditional Machine Learning models (beyond just LLMs) for optimizing specific tasks or forecasting areas.

Develop and maintain scripts and applications required for automation.

Create and update technical and functional documentation for the developed solutions.

Collaborate with external partners, focusing on managing budget constraints and selecting solutions that maximize impact while minimizing costs.
