About the Role

Buildit, a cutting-edge software platform developed by Infera Technology, is designed to digitize and optimize operational workflows across construction projects. We are seeking a Digital Process Specialist to play a key role in ensuring the successful on-site implementation of Buildit. This role bridges the gap between field operations and the software development team — enhancing user experience, driving adoption, and providing actionable feedback to continuously improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the deployment, adoption, and utilization of Buildit software at construction sites.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance and resolve user issues in collaboration with the development team.
  • Collect, document, and report software bugs, enhancement requests, and user feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions and user onboarding for site personnel to ensure efficient software usage.
  • Compile and deliver regular performance reports and insights on user behavior, feature usage, and improvement areas.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of software functionality and field applicability.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in, or openness to working within, construction site environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
  • Demonstrated interest in digital tools and process automation; basic software literacy required.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as required.
