Flow Automations, a strategic partner of UiPath, is hiring a
Project Manager
to coordinate and deliver enterprise automation initiatives for some of the largest organizations in EMEA.

This is a customer-facing, delivery-focused role where you will lead multiple workstreams, manage stakeholders, and ensure seamless collaboration between UiPath teams, partners, and customers.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Delivery Excellence: Coordinate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as sold and ensure projects meet time, scope, quality, and cost constraints.
  • Planning & Tracking: Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage scope/schedule/cost changes using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Stakeholder Management: Run and manage customer-facing project status meetings, report progress, and escalate to management as needed.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and success criteria.
  • Collaboration: Work with Professional Services, Customer Engagement, and global PM teams to improve delivery efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Customer Experience: Foster strong customer relationships, drive CSAT/NPS, and identify opportunities for future account growth.
  • Best Practices: Capture lessons learned and help build delivery kits and reference materials for partners.

What You Will Bring

  • Fluent Romanian and English.
  • 3+ years
    of project management experience, ideally working for system integrators or global SIs.
  • 7+ years
    of relevant experience in customer-facing, partner-facing, or strategic consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of professional services SOWs, Agile project management, and change management processes.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel and deliver consistently.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with a passion for customer success.

Nice to Have

  • UiPath Professional Certifications.
  • Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent document processing.
  • Industry experience in finance, manufacturing, or public sector.
  • Experience with other RPA/automation vendors (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan).
  • Familiarity with account management or pre-sales collaboration.
  • Fluency in a second European language.
