Flow Automations, a strategic partner of UiPath, is hiring a
Business Consultant (Automation)
to support UiPath's enterprise automation initiatives.

At UiPath — the world's leading automation company and Romania's top tech success story — you will help some of the largest enterprises in EMEA design, scale, and optimize their automation Centers of Excellence (CoE) and adoption roadmaps.

This is a consulting-heavy role: you will not just gather requirements but guide clients strategically, set up governance models, and help them realize measurable business value from automation investments.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Strategic Advisory:
    Work with customer program leadership to define automation strategy, operating models, and roadmap execution.
  • CoE Setup & Governance:
    Design and help implement automation CoEs, including standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Business Case Development:
    Build and refine TCO and ROI models to support customer investment decisions.
  • Program Oversight:
    Provide decision-making support, identify risks, and ensure programs course-correct where needed.
  • Change Enablement:
    Educate stakeholders on scaling automation and maximizing value realization.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with UiPath Sales, Customer Strategy, and Professional Services teams to align on adoption goals.
  • Thought Leadership:
    Contribute to the development of toolkits, frameworks, and methodologies for enterprise-wide automation adoption.

What You Will Bring

  • Fluent Romanian and English.
  • 5+ years of management consulting or business consulting experience, ideally across EMEA.
  • Proven experience with automation strategy, operating model design, and program execution (UiPath experience strongly preferred).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and act as a trusted advisor for C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented, proactive mindset with a passion for automation.

Nice to Have

  • UiPath Professional Certifications.
  • Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent document processing.
  • Industry experience in finance, manufacturing, or public sector.
  • Understanding of UiPath infrastructure and deployment requirements.
  • Project management experience (PMP/Prince2 a plus).
  • Experience running large-scale transformation programs.
  • Fluency in a second European language.
