Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Logistic Assistant who is eager to start their journey in the Transport domain, gain in-depth knowledge about logistics, and accelerate their professional growth with XL opportunities

You will:

  • Learn to work with various documents and manage transport records in internal TMS (Transport Management System).
  • Provide administrative support to Transport teams in terms of contract, legal, compensation, and benefits.
  • Participate in internal projects and initiatives related to Transport and Logistics activity
  • Support our digitalization process by scanning all CMRs and attaching them to the correct order from internal Transport Management System
