About the role:

The Office Assistant is responsible for managing domestic and international business trips and ensuring the smooth administrative operation of the office. This person acts as a liaison between teams, suppliers, and management, contributing to the company's operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage
    business trips
    (transportation, accommodation, per diems, travel documents);
  • Process and verify
    expense reports
    , ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies;
  • Handle
    office supplies and procurement
    (consumables, equipment, maintenance services, catering, etc.);
  • Maintain relationships with
    suppliers
    and negotiate cost-effective offers for ongoing purchases;
  • Coordinate
    administrative contracts
    (utilities, cleaning, technical maintenance);
  • Support the
    HR team
    in organizing internal events, trainings, and team-building activities;
  • Monitor the
    administrative budget
    and report expenses regularly to management;
  • Ensure a
    safe, organized, and pleasant work environment
    for employees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of experience
    in an administrative, office management, or operational support role;
  • Strong knowledge of
    Excel and Word
    , as well as administrative and expense management processes;
  • Excellent
    organizational, prioritization, and communication
    skills;
  • Strong
    attention to detail
    and solution-oriented mindset;
  • Intermediate to advanced English
    (written and spoken).
