AirportLabs is providing a complete suite of products that drives efficiency in aviation. Our products and solutions help major airports, airlines, and ground handlers worldwide solve the hardest operational problems, improve efficiency, and develop the value of their services.

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to support our team in executing marketing activities and managing our online presence. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate marketing initiatives, automate processes, and create engaging content for our audience.

Key facts to consider:

  • GBP per month, depending on role fit and experience level
  • Full-time role
  • Yearly profit share and various performance and behavior-based bonuses

  • Office location: Cluj-Napoca
  • Contract based on PFA or SRL with our UK entity
  • Paid holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate small-scale marketing activities;
  • Automate marketing tasks to improve efficiency;
  • Prepare and post messages on social media platforms;
  • Conduct and edit video interviews;
  • Support the marketing team in various projects and campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience (it's a plus):

  • Higher education (preferably in Marketing, Communication, or related fields);
  • Experience in social media management;
  • Experience in marketing or marketing support;
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills;
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and social media platforms.
