About Flutter Functions
The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company.

The Role
This internship role is part of the Accounts Payable Operations team, which focuses on the timely and effective processing of a high volume of invoices and is also responsible for managing employee expenses and setting up new suppliers in our finance system.

The team is currently 8 people strong, and we are looking for an intern to join us for a limited period of 6 months.

The successful candidate should have a basic understanding of the Accounts Payable area and how that sits within the Finance environment more generally, be a team player, be able to focus on details and motivated to learn and build a career in Finance.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Assist the team with invoice processing & data entry; ensuring that invoices are input accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with the audit of our employee expenses and ensuring they're in compliance with the company Travel and Expenses Policy.
• Investigating and assisting with colleagues' queries to ensure that all employee expenses are paid within agreed terms.
• Vendor Master Data in collaboration with our Procurement team.
• Exporting different reports from Oracle and SAP Cocnur.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive and collaborative relationships between the organisation, ensuring that service to them is consistently of a high quality.
• Any other associated ad-hoc duties and assistance to the AP Operations team, as assigned.

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required

• Be Fluent in English
• Be motivated to learn new skills
• Highly organised, and ability to work on own initiative.
• Proficiency with MS office suite, especially Excel.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great attention to detail to execute flawlessly at speed.
• Strong communication skills – ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business.
• Be flexible to support areas of the business on different times zones from time to time.
• A willingness to challenge and think differently.
