Finance Manager

We're looking for a Finance Manager with a strong background in financial reporting  and accounting to coordinate our finance department and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all financial data.

In this role, you'll coordinate the finance and accounting activities, ensure accurate and timely reporting under IFRS, and work closely with both local management and our international group. It's a role where reporting and compliance are at the core, with a meaningful touch of strategic support for business planning.

Main Responsibilities

Financial Coordination: Oversee accounting, reporting, cash flow, compliance, and audit activities. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information to management.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, consolidate, and submit financial reports to the parent company, in line with both local and group standards. Provide clear analyses that support business decisions.

Compliance & Audit: Manage relationships with auditors and ensure all financial processes meet legal and group requirements. Strengthen internal controls and improve procedures where needed.

Cash Flow & Treasury: Monitor liquidity, optimize working capital, and maintain good relationships with banks. Handle intercompany transactions and support group treasury activities.

Strategic Support: Participate in strategic discussions by offering realistic financial insights and relevant data for planning and investment decisions.

Team Leadership: Lead and support the finance team (Accounting, Reporting, Controlling), encouraging collaboration, learning, and professional growth.

Sustainability & ESG: Work with group colleagues to implement and monitor environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives.

What We're Looking For

University degree in Economics and CECCAR certification

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance role, with at least 2 years in a coordination or leadership position

Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS and Romanian accounting regulations

Fluency in English and solid computer skills (MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage)
