Finance and Tax Operations Manager
to strengthen our finance tax function — bringing together accounting excellence, tax compliance, and operational efficiency across our international footprint.

What You'll Do

As the
Finance and Tax Operations Manager
, you will oversee key finance processes and ensure compliance and transparency across all entities. You'll be a trusted partner to management, providing insight, structure, and control in a dynamic global environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality, accurate
    financial reporting and controlling
    across business units.
  • Oversee
    global mobility tax compliance
    for international employees
  • Support the
    budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
    process, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Drive
    process improvements and automation
    in financial and tax operations

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or tax, ideally in an international setting.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and individuals tax principles.
  • Experience with global mobility or cross-border tax topics is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to partner across teams and jurisdictions.
