Position Overview

The Master Data Finance Manager is a pivotal role designed to drive the finance department's journey towards digital maturity. By leveraging expertise in automation technologies and master data governance, this position ensures the seamless integration of technical enablement with business process improvement. The specialist will establish and maintain systems and data structures to deliver real-time insights, ensure regulatory compliance, and boost operational efficiency. This role lays the foundation for sustained digital transformation within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

·      Digital Transformation Leadership

·      Lead the digital transformation of finance operations by identifying and deploying automation tools.

·      Manage the integration of digital technologies into existing finance systems, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

·      Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives, with a focus on master data strategies.

Master Data Governance

·      Coordinate master data governance strategies to ensure data quality and alignment across systems, enabling streamlined digital workflows.

·      Define and implement standards for data capture, validation, and maintenance to support analytics and reporting.

·      Oversee all master data activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with governance policies.

Education and Training

·      Provide training and support to employees on data management practices and tools.

·      Educate users on the importance of data accuracy and consistency within the organization.

·      Offer guidance on adherence to data governance policies.

Qualifications and Skills
