Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Franchise Owner at KIWI Finance, based in main cities, Romania. The Franchise Owner will manage and develop their franchise, including recruiting and training team members, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. They will work closely with management to maintain the brand's standards and business goals, while also engaging in some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience in finance/banking and the ability to manage franchise operations
  • Skills in Recruiting and Training for building and leading a high-performing team
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies and business development
  • Strong abilities in Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Leadership skills, organisational abilities, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of the financial or credit industry is a plus
