We, at HN Services Romania, are expanding our team in Bucharest, and we are looking for new, experienced professionals ready to deliver high-quality solutions. The goal is to ensure that the Software Development services provided to the business are stable, resilient and performant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support
    financial system migrations
    , integrations, and upgrades across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Design, develop, and optimize
    complex SQL queries
    (Oracle SQL) for data analysis, extraction, transformation, and validation.
  • Work with APIs to integrate third-party systems, cloud platforms, and internal applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Assist in
    ETL development
    , ensuring secure, accurate, and performant data pipelines for financial reporting and operations.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve issues related to data inconsistencies or transformation logic.
  • Support cloud-based accounting and ERP systems; participate in solution design, UAT, and production support.
  • Document systems processes, data flows, and transformation logic.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years
    of experience as a Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a finance or enterprise IT environment.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Oracle SQL
    (PL/SQL), including writing and tuning complex queries.
  • Experience working with
    REST/SOAP APIs
    , including integration and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Cloud platforms
    (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, or similar).
  • Proven experience in
    ETL tools/processes
    (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or native solutions).
  • Solid understanding of
    accounting systems
    and financial data structures (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, reporting).
  • Prior involvement in
    system migrations
    , preferably involving ERP or financial platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with
    Oracle Cloud ERP
    , NetSuite, SAP, or similar financial systems.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for data manipulation or automation.
  • Knowledge of
    data governance
    , compliance, and audit requirements in finance.
  • Prior experience working in
    Agile or hybrid project environments

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid schedule
