we are looking for a
Senior Accountant.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (On site)

What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role (experience in iGaming or gaming industry is a plus).
  • Skills:

-Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and financial reporting.

-Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).

-Familiarity with SAGA accounting software (or similar).

-Intermediate to advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank Statements & Payments: Daily recording of bank transactions, lei/currency statements, payment orders, and delegations; Overseeing and managing accounts, ensuring timely execution of payments.
  • Cash Register Management: Monthly reconciliation and checks of cash registers related to work points (ensuring accurate cash flow management).
  • Accounting Entries: Registration of various accounting notes: commitments, salaries, taxes, fixed assets, advance payments, expenses, etc; Allocation of expenses to the appropriate cost centers.
  • Document Management: Chronological filing and archiving of primary documents, contracts, balance confirmations, and other financial records;.
  • Balance & Financial Reconciliation: Perform monthly balance component verifications for ledger accounts and monthly financial statements; Engage in regular financial reconciliations in close coordination with the operational team.
  • Reporting: Preparation of internal financial reports as requested by management, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
