Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

  • Collate order information packs;
  • Process sales orders;
  • Input data into SAP;
  • Check Acknowledgements from factories/suppliers for specification and pricing errors;
  • Invoice and acknowledge Customer Orders;
  • Create spreadsheets;
  • Liaise With Manufacturing Factories and Suppliers;
  • Liaise With Transport Partner For Delivery and collections;
  • Communicate relevant information to other departments;
  • Deal with queries from internal and external customers;
  • General office duties.

Requirements for success:

  • Good level of computer skills (MS Office);
  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems would be a plus;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Experience in a simillar position it's a big plus;
  • Fluent in German & English.
