Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

  • Provide 2nd level support for Copilot-related queries, issues, and user feedback working closely together with 1st level support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Copilot functionality issues (e.g., permissions, data access, feature visibility);
  • Collaborate closely with IT admins and Microsoft support to resolve technical problems;
  • Work closely with colleagues from various teams to continuously improve the functionality and integration of Copilot into other Microsoft 365 services;
  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials;
  • Gather feedback from users and report insights for continuous improvement;

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and the underlying cloud technologies , ideally complemented by initial hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI-based assistant systems;
  • Ideally, knowledge in developing Copilot agents (e.g., using Microsoft Copilot Studio) as well as an understanding of the necessary prerequisites, such as licensing requirements, permissions, and data connectivity.
  • Business fluent in English;
