Cautam un Specialist Administrare Personal care sa se alature echipei noastre de Resurse Umane, pentru o perioada determinata de 24 luni.
Rolul presupune gestionarea activitatilor administrative de HR, oferirea de suport si consiliere colegilor din alte departamente, precum si redactarea si aplicarea procedurilor interne specifice.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Gestionarea procesului de angajare: completarea formularelor, verificarea documentelor si intocmirea dosarului de personal
  • Declararea locurilor de munca vacante/ocupate catre ANOFM/AJOFM
  • Generarea si inregistrarea contractelor individuale de munca si a anexelor in Charisma
  • Actualizarea REGES ONLINE si transmiterea documentelor aferente
  • Gestionarea procesului de incetare, suspendare si reluare a contractelor de munca
  • Eliberarea adeverintelor solicitate de salariati si actualizarea dosarelor de personal
  • Administrarea utilizatorilor si drepturilor de acces in Charisma online
  • Transmiterea informatiilor relevante catre salarizare si alte departamente
  • Monitorizarea concediilor de odihna, maternitate si alte tipuri de absente
  • Oferirea de suport salariatilor in utilizarea platformelor interne
  • Arhivarea documentelor de personal si intocmirea de rapoarte
  • Asigurarea respectarii legislatiei muncii si a procedurilor interne

Profilul candidatului ideal:

  • Experienta de minim 3 ani intr-un rol similar (HR Admin / Specialist administrare personal)
  • Cunostinte solide de legislatie a muncii si proceduri HR
  • Atentie la detalii, organizare si capacitate de lucru cu volume mari de informatii
  • Abilitati bune de comunicare si colaborare interdepartamentala
  • Cunostinte medii de folosire a pachetului MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Cunostinte de operare in Charisma (constituie un avantaj)
