We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join our team to analyze data, improve data quality, and collaborate with application teams. The candidate will need to explore data in depth, identify issues, implement process & IT solution and work closely with project team, hr partners, development and data integration teams to address data-related challenges. This role ensures data integrity across all digital solutions.

As a part of IT team, the Integration Specialist would be able to design and coordinate integration with other systems as SSO, DNS or other local system to exchange data or supervise flow, performances and so on of the system.

What you'll be doing

• Analyze data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand integration requirements for skills management systems and other digital tools and data-related challenges.
• Design, express the need, coordinate actors (local perimeter, group developments teams & editor of the solution), follow the development, test, and implement integrations between various platforms, data repositories, and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data and system integrations.
• Support daily manual data integration efforts, leveraging expertise in data integration.
• Maintain documentation of integration processes, configurations, and updates.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across integrated platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in system integration and digital learning solutions.
• Develop tools in python or other to assist with automation and identification of data issues (optional but very appreciated).

What You Need To Know/have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience with data and system integration, API management, and automation.
• Familiarity with LMS, Skills platforms and systems integration management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders in order to share problem typologies and proposed solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• French and English languages at conversational level, written and spoken.
• Prior experience with systems integrations and data migration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices related to data and system integrations
