Makeup Artist

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Make-up Artist to join our team and perform make-up, hairstyling and tattoo coverage actions for on-camera employees, as per the Appearance Guidelines, 24/7, + monitor live streams and make recommendations for touch-ups + basic stock tracking activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute make-up and hairstyling tasks aligned with the company's standards and requirements, including tattoo concealment, to ensure a flawless appearance on camera.
• Perform touch-ups proactively and upon request to maintain optimal on-screen presentation.
• Disinfect, clean, and inspect work tools regularly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Prepare and set up tools and products supplied by the company to carry out assigned tasks.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of materials and accessories used but also uniforms and other accessories.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all equipment, tools, furniture, and consumables.
• Notify supervisors immediately when supplies are running low to facilitate replenishment.
• Report any operational deficiencies or issues promptly to management.
• Train employees during workshops, in company standards regarding appearance, with a focus on make-up and hairstyles.
• Use company communication channels to track and coordinate services provided to employees.
• Document and report on the number and types of makeup and hairstyling activities performed.
• Create a positive experience for employees by maintaining a friendly demeanor and communicating professionally.
• Respond promptly to requests received through company communication channels during working hours.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a makeup artist (a minimum of 2 years is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic products and make-up and hairstyling
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, personalities, and cultures.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Availability to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays).
• Certifications or specialized makeup courses are a plus.
• Attention to detail.
