What we're looking for

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Application Support Specialist to join our Digital Learning & Communication Academy. In this role, you will assist users in effectively utilizing our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for accompanying the end users and the administrators in the usage of applications on web and mobile versions via ticketing system and chat. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance and support ongoing initiatives to ensure a seamless user experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for web and mobile applications.
  • Maintain and update training materials, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
  • Proactive monitoring of technical incidents in the applications.
  • Creating procedures and resolving errors in urgent cases.
  • Writing specifications and tests (based on business needs) for modifications/improvements made to applications.
  • Providing usage instructions for end users, both individual users and groups.
  • Monitoring issues escalated by users and informing them about the status of resolution.
  • Recording all problems and solutions provided to clients into the ticketing systems.

What you need to know/have

  • Fluency in French (at least B2) and English.
  • Proven experience in technical support, training, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile application functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Familiarity with support tools.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS would be a plus.
