Coface Bucharest Shared Services Center - a constantly growing team of young and enthusiastic experts, covers daily various processes and roles for Coface entities in several countries.

We have multiple teams of specialists, speaking French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Romanian, responsible for running internal client operations at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Job Description

The activities of the Commercial Back Office specialist are various and may include:

  • Maintenance of contract data and processing and analysis of data tables ensuring deadlines, reporting and quality (ex. Offers, Renewals, Cancellations, PEPS, Contract Amendments, Certificate of Residence, Pre-checks, IBAN etc.)
  • Administrative tasks: archiving, filing, document editions, quality review etc.
  • Handles requests/ exceptional cases in collaboration with CBO Contract Management Team Leader, Process Coordinator and/ or account managers within Coface
  • Processes the different types of requests received from the clients by E-mail or directly in the designated Workflow Tools
  • Participates in the creation / update of Commercial Back Office Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams
  • Participates in training and takes part in the transition process when required
  • Offers continuous support and back-up to team members for processes and tools utilized
  • Any other activities required by the business needs of the country served

  • Knowledge of commercial back office processes is a plus

Experience:

  • Graduated or first practical experiences on the job in a comparable role
  • Experience in Credit Insurance industry or financial services preferred
  • Experience in an international environment and/ or Shared Service Center preferred

Languages:

  • Fluent in English
  • Professional in German (CEFR – Level B2.2 - C1)

IT:

  • Computer and internet affinity, good technical understanding
  • Ease regarding the work with varying software, applications and systems different from product to product
  • Professional Microsoft Office skills, esp. MS Excel and MS Word

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or other relevant field
