Job Description:The purpose of the Commercial Lawyer role is to provide expert estate operations.
This position involves drafting, negotiating and managing a wide range of legal documents and agreements related to the company´s real estate activities.
The Commercial Lawyer will work closely with various internal departments, including property management and construction Teams, to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks and support the company´s strategic objectives.

Proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Lawyer to join our Legal Department, with a focus on property management and the renewable energy sector. This role involves drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, supporting corporate and legal documentation needs, and managing internal approval processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Drafting & Review
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements related to property management, including:
Services and utilities agreements
Facility management agreements
Construction and maintenance agreements
Contracts for the acquisition of equipment
Draft and negotiate energy supply contracts, specifically for energy produced by solar plants owned and operated by the company
Adapt and manage legal templates to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements

2. Legal Documentation & Support
Prepare legal notices, statements, requests, applications, and other supporting documents required by the Legal Department
Provide day-to-day legal support to the property and energy teams

3. Corporate & Governance Support
Support general corporate legal matters, including:
Draft board and shareholder resolutions, including approvals related to corporate governance, powers of attorney, and other company matters in accordance with applicable legal and internal requirements
Prepare and manage company filings with relevant corporate registries and authorities
Support corporate housekeeping

4. Internal Signing & Approval Flow
Prepare all necessary documentation for submission into the internal signing workflow, ensuring:
Compliance with internal approval policies
Proper formatting and inclusion of annexes
Coordination with administrative and legal operations teams
