Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst located in Bucharest, Romania. The Analyst will be responsible for preparing client pitches, financial valuations, and analyzing financial data to support M&A transactions and capital raising activities.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Finance, and Accounting knowledge
  • Experience in Due Diligence and Valuation
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant internship or work experience in M&A or corporate finance
