We are seeking a talented and curious Business Systems Analyst to join our Data team. You are someone who enjoys solving problems, sharing ideas, and collaborating with others. In this role, you will work closely with IT architects, developers, testers, and application administrators, while also partnering with business teams to ensure solutions meet their needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Strong SQL skills (T-SQL / PL-SQL / DB2 SQL or similar);
  • At least 3 years of experience in business and system analysis for projects and ongoing changes;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Experience implementing data management solutions, such as data warehouses or reporting systems;
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector is a plus.

Additional qualities we value:

  • Familiarity with data warehouse, data integration, and BI technologies;
  • Experience with data modeling tools (PowerDesigner preferred);
  • Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues;
  • Team-oriented, energetic, and motivated to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with business teams to clarify requirements and gather insights;
  • Evaluate feasibility, risks, and potential benefits, providing recommendations;
  • Analyze the impact of new requirements on existing systems and the overall IT landscape;
  • Estimate effort and resources needed for analysis tasks;
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications;
  • Support solution design, development, and testing;
  • Keep specifications up to date and manage approved changes throughout projects;
  • Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization;
  • Conduct functional and gap analysis for application acquisitions, document requirements, and contribute to the evaluation process.
