Come to our Advisory Team if:

• You are 3rd year student or Master's student in Accounting / Finance / Economics or related fields, who is smart and eager to learn and develop
• You have very good analytical skills and business awareness
• You know how to solve problems, have initiative and curiosity
• You have good Romanian and English skills
• Multitasking is in your nature and you know how to prioritize
• You have entrepreneurial spirit (working alone comes easy), but you are also a very good team player

Your future role

Depending on which department you are going to be part of, here is a short preview of what you'll do:

Valuation & Modeling:

• Prepare financial and economic analyses on client companies, comparable transactions and public companies using Deloitte databases and other publicly available information
• Prepare of individual modules of financial models, proposals and sales pitch
• Assist in drafting reports and findings including the preparation of tables, exhibits and charts

Transaction Services:

• Participate in financial analysis / due diligences processes
• Analyzing businesses to identify key drivers of financial performance
• Draft presentations and present the results to Manager/clients

Value Creation Services:

• Participate in commercial and operational due diligences processes for the acquisition of diverse Romanian companies
• Prepare market research analyses on various industries
• Draft presentations and present the results to Manager/clients

Sustainability

• Conduct information research on market and sustainability topics
• Collect and compile data
• Assist in drafting of proposals, presentations, reports, and educational and marketing materials
• Help model and calculate ESG metrics

Participate to our Advisory Student Experience Day and get in-depth exposure to the profession and learn more about the day-to-day Advisory teams through interactive workshops.
