Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive business growth? As a Data Analyst, you'll be instrumental in supporting strategic decisions, shaping customer eperiences, and driving innovation through analytics. In an Agile Way of Working, you will be a part of a Squad and will dedicate your time and efforts to achieve the tribe/ squad's purpose. Your Day to Day

• Gather, prepare, and analyze large datasets to deliver robust insights supporting business strategies across customer, marketing, and digital channels.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets tailored to business needs, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior analysts to identify opportunities, design and eecute segmentation, campaign analysis, and product evaluations.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts, promoting best practices within the team.
• Act as main point of contact for cross-functional projects, maintaining alignment on definitions, data structures, and objectives.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify business drivers, proactively recommending actions to enhance customer understanding and optimize campaigns.
• Document dashboards, metrics, and models, performing regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Support development of advanced analytical frameworks in partnership with Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
• Drive process optimization by ensuring reusability of scripts and methodologies and provide support across Customer Intelligence as needed.

What you bring to the team

• Education & Eperience: University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Cybernetics, or a related field. Solid eperience in data analysis, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with data tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, and BI platforms (Power BI). Eperience creating dashboards, campaign and product analyses, and data validation.
• Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret comple data, spot trends, and generate actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills; able to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences, building partnerships across teams.
• Continuous Learning: Embraces new tools and methodologies.
• Innovation: Seeks new ways to solve challenges and add value.
• Personal Attributes: Ambitious, proactive, team-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable.
