  • Atitudine proactivă, orientată spre soluții.

Responsabilități:

  • Comunică eficient cu clienții și furnizorii, gestionează solicitările și se asigură că informațiile sunt transmise corect și la timp;
  • Crearea rapoartelor periodice pentru management sau pentru alte departamente;
  • Planifică întâlniri, programări și deplasări, oferind suport administrativ echipei și managementului;
  • Organizează și gestionează documentele interne, arhivează, redactează și trimite corespondența (fizică și electronică);
  • Respectarea și implementarea procedurilor administrative și politică firmei.
