Sales & Office Assistant
pentru unul dintre partenerii noștri - o companie intrnaționalǎ, stabilă și bine consolidată, activă în domeniul HVAC.

Rolul este potrivit pentru o persoană organizată și atentă la detalii, care își dorește să combine activități comerciale (comenzi, facturare, relația cu clienții și furnizorii) cu sarcini administrative și de birou.

Locatie: langǎ metrou Pipera

Program: on site; full time; 8:30-17:00

Ce vei face

  • Vei gestiona comenzile și facturile clienților
  • Vei urmări livrările și plățile
  • Vei păstra legătura cu clienții, furnizorii și partenerii companiei
  • Vei oferi suport administrativ echipei și vei organiza documentele de birou

Profilul tău

  • Ai minimum 2 ani experiență într-un rol administrativ sau comercial
  • Lucrezi bine în Excel
  • Vorbești engleză la un nivel avansat
  • Ești o persoană serioasă, bine organizată și atentă la detalii
