We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic
E-commerce & Customer Retention Lead
to join our growing team, who will own the full customer lifecycle: from launch and website experience to retention and customer support. This is a hands-on role where they'll combine e-commerce operations, lifecycle marketing, and CX leadership to drive customer growth and lifetime value.

E-commerce Operations

  • Manage product launches, website updates, and content across all markets.
  • Implement and maintain digital tools and integrations (Shopify apps, Shop with Prime, review systems, loyalty platforms).
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize UX, and ensure website accuracy and performance across markets.

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Design and manage retention programs, including email/SMS automations, post-purchase journeys, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Segment audiences, personalize communication, and run A/B tests to boost engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Monitor retention KPIs (LTV, repeat purchase rate, email engagement, NPS) and turn insights into growth strategies.

Customer Experience Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the Customer Support team (2 members), ensuring empathetic, fast, and brand-aligned service.
  • Build workflows, set performance metrics (response time, CSAT, NPS), and create feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Content & Brand Voice

  • Write and edit product titles, packaging, and website copy to maintain a clear, consistent brand voice.
  • Oversee translations for packaging, website, and affiliate listings, ensuring localization accuracy.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams on landing pages, product leaflets, and campaign messaging.

Performance & Analytics

  • Combine e-commerce, retention, and customer service data to generate actionable insights.
  • Monitor acquisition efficiency and customer lifetime value to guide strategic decisions.
  • (Optional) Oversee performance of external paid channels (Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads), ensuring alignment with launches, retention, and website goals.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience across e-commerce operations, customer retention, or CRM marketing — ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
  • Proven success in managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Hands-on experience designing and scaling retention or lifecycle programs.
  • Strong command of CRM and marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Skilled in data analysis, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills; able to express the brand voice clearly across channels.
  • Confident leading small teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French, Italian, Spanish, or German is a plus.
