Your main responsibilities:

  • Process timesheets on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
  • Follow up with engineers on missing or incorrect timesheet entries.
  • Identify and correct any timesheet discrepancies, providing detailed feedback to relevant parties.
  • Raise purchase orders and customer Z9 forms when requested by Camso.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers once work is completed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support general administrative duties as required.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or data entry role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and timesheet systems is highly desirable.
