Asigurarea intregului flux Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), de la initierea comenzilor de achizitie pana la inregistrarea si plata facturilor furnizorilor, garantand acuratetea documentara si mentinerea unei relatii eficiente cu partenerii
Responsabilitati principale
- Emite si gestioneaza comenzile de achizitie (Purchase Orders) conform procedurilor interne.
- Verifica alinierea intre comenzile de achizitie, receptiile de marfa/servicii si facturile primate la plata (proces 3-way matching: PO – Receptie – Factura).
- Introduce datele aferente in sistemul ERP al firmei
- Urmareste scadentele facturilor si pregateste propunerile de plata
- Depunere declaratii Intrastat
- Asigura arhivarea documentelor P2P
Relationari si coordonare
• Intern: departament productie, financiar-contabil, logistica, management.
• Extern: furnizori, parteneri comerciali.
Cerinte pentru ocuparea postului
- Studii economice sau tehnice
- Experienta in domeniul productiei, achizitii sau contabilitate furnizori (Accounts Payable / Procurement) reprezinta un avantaj
- Cunostinte de lucru intr-un sistem ERP reprezinta un avantaj
- Atentie la detalii si rigoare in verificarea documentelor.
- Abilitati bune de comunicare
- Capacitatea de a lucra structurat si orientat pe fluxuri operationale.
