Graduated from an engineering program with a business focus or a business school (Bachelor level), you have at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative.
You are fluent in Romanian and English

, your mission will be to develop your own portfolio. You'll be fully responsible for your scope:
1) Business Development:
Prospect and acquire new client.
Identify their technical needs and propose tailor-made consulting solutions.
2)Recruitment
:
Identify and recruit the best talents (engineers, IT consultants, etc.) who will deliver on client projects.
3) Management
:
Support and manage your team of consultants throughout their assignments and career paths at Extia.
