What you will do:

  • Assist in executing email and partner marketing campaigns
  • Update Salesforce with deal information
  • Manage lead queues for partner campaigns, including coordination with the SSR team on pricing and quotes
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in Business Development and Sales
  • Experience in customer support
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

  • Experience in the IT industry
  • Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator
