We are looking for
a junior, new colleague
to join our Business team in Bucharest.
You can fit if you have at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative or you are very motivated to start a career on this area.
What you will do:
- Develop a strong understanding of the
IT industry and its roles
(Developers, QA, Infrastructure/ Cloud, Business Analysts, etc.) - Master our internal tools and systems
- Business Development:
prospect and acquire new clients, identify their technical needs and propose tailor-made consulting solutions - Use various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn), to identify and qualify new business leads
- Help with administrative tasks related to new client onboarding, project initiation
- Conduct research on industry trends, potential clients, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and support senior team members
- Support and manage your team of consultants throughout their assignments and career paths at Extia
- Understanding
business needs and showing proactivity
in matching them with the right candidates

This job requires presence on-site at our office in Bucharest (near Piata Victoriei), with the possibility to work 1 day per week remote.
