Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior HR Admin & Payroll Support
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative and document-management tasks, ensuring accurate and compliant personnel records. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic, responsible, and eager to learn and grow within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage HR documentation on designated web platforms
  • Support the completion and maintenance of personnel files
  • Centralize and organize HR documents as needed
  • Draft HR-related reports and summaries
  • Archive and structure files according to internal procedures and compliance standards
  • Provide support on additional HR projects and initiatives when required

Requirements:

  • Medium-level Excel skills (mandatory)
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Responsibility, reliability, and willingness to support the team
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in HR and labor law
