What is the Young Talent Program?

The Young Talent Program is Bunzl's international traineeship, lasting 18 months.

The program starts with a
9-month first assignment
in the Young Talent's home country subsidiary. After that, the Young Talent moves to another Bunzl company in a different Continental European country for a
second 9-month assignment
.

During the program, participants will receive training to strengthen both technical and soft skills, gain insights into Bunzl's culture, and take part in challenging projects within our multicultural and decentralized environment.

Upon successful completion of the program and final assignment, the Young Talent is offered a permanent position at their home country's Bunzl company.

About this Job

We are looking for a motivated
Young Talent Marketing
to join one of our Bunzl companies in Bunzl Romania, Bucharest, Romania. In this role, you will take part in the 18-month Young Talent Program, which combines on-the-job learning, international exposure, and professional development opportunities.

As a Young Talent, you will contribute to the Product Management & Marketing area, work on impactful projects, and develop skills that will prepare you for a long-term career at Bunzl.

You will collaborate in a multicultural and decentralized environment, gaining experience both in your home country and abroad.

Job Description

• Employment: Indefinite contract, Full-time contract [40 hours]
• Start date: January 2026

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, content creation, and coordination for the new e-commerce platform; update with relevant information after launch.
• Create and upload multimedia materials (texts, images, videos) for internal and external communication.
• Create marketing materials for online and offline campaigns, and manage social media.
• Provide general marketing, communication, and admin support across projects.
• Collecting, entering and maintaining up-to-date information about the company's products online (website, e-commerce platform, etc.): description, features, photos, technical data, certifications, etc.
• Keeps the customer database up to date with information about new product launches, newsletters, etc.
• Keep the internal communication - Actimo platform updated with localized content and support onboarding, news feeds, and training.
• Support the rollout of the global employer branding strategy on internal and external channels.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or ongoing studies in economics or marketing or related fields
• Work experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Language: fluent written and spoken English and Romanian is a must
• Desired behaviours: self-organized, able to manage multiple projects in parallel, willingness to learn, proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, development-oriented and out-of-the-box thinking, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Personal competences: curious, creative, collaborative, strong communicator, proactive
• Potential and capacity to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to travel and relocate to another country for a [9-month period]
