About Diverzum

Diverzum is an online student discount platform designed to help young people make the most of their student years by providing them exclusive deals from their favorite brands. This way, students gain access to great opportunities, while brands can effectively reach Generation Z. The platform works by allowing students to register, verifying their student status, and then unlocking various discounts. The platform is free for students while brands pay Diverzum after the purchases.

In Hungary, we have over 200,000 verified users and collaborate with 60 brands (including Uber, Starbucks, and Nike). However, our growth doesn't stop here - that's why we're looking for our team members in Romania

About the position

Diverzum is looking for a Marketing Manager to manage our marketing activities and campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, so you will work closely with the sales team. Our campaigns primarily target students, so we are looking for someone who can bring creative ideas while also relying on a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning the marketing communication strategy
  • Designing and managing marketing campaigns
  • Campaign management across Meta, Google Ads, Email marketing, TikTok Ads, and other platforms
  • Monitoring results in Google Analytics, ZOHO, , Appsflyer, etc.
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Managing and developing the customer database, as well as driving customer engagement
  • Aligning with management and external partners

Requirements

Living in Bucharest.

3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing

High-level English proficiency for international communication and documentation.

Fluency in Romanian.

Strong communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and think strategically.

Flexible attitude - you'll face a variety of challenges, so being open to learning and adapting is crucial.

Familiarity with data visualization tools

Knowledge of ad management platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok for Business)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a startup or international environment.

Background in marketing management.

Strategic vision and business mindset.

Experience in collaborating with large companies (3+ years is a plus).

Interest in technological and innovative solutions.

Familiarity with workflow management tools like ClickUp or n8n.

Creative thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
