For our Romanian Flooring production site we are looking to strenghten our team. We are looking for a colleague in the position of Sales Representative.

Is sales your passion? Are you eager to thrive the business, build partnerships with customers and be part of a leading international company in flooring? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our Romanian Sales team Supported by considerable marketing tools and budget, you will develop the business in Romania through sales in specialised stores of our high-end flooring product.

  • You continuously look for new specialised partner-stores, give them a clear and attracting presentation of our revolutionary and high-quality products and novelties.
  • You will analyse the market and make suggestions on how you can support growing the Romanian business.
  • You negotiate the conditions for cooperation with new business partners and build up a strong professional relationship.
  • On daily basis you visit your retail network and provide them the necessary guidance, support and training to their local sales teams.
  • You will be reporting to the Country Manager.

Who are you?

  • You have a higher education level and preferably already have relevant experience in terms of sales representation. Experience within an international context is an asset.
  • You have strong presentation, communication and training skills.
  • You are fluent in Romanian and English. Knowledge of Bulgarian language is nice to have.
  • You have an entrepreneurial personality, have a drive for results and love to the initiative.
  • You are customer oriented and a strong relationship builder.
