About the Project

We are a fast-growing company in the fintech sector, looking for a
Marketing & SEO Specialist
to join our team on a full-remote basis. The role is focused on hands-on execution across online marketing operations, promotional campaigns, and website content updates. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, monitor, pause, and update promotions across web and paid channels.
  • Create, manage, and test promotional vouchers/coupon codes end-to-end.
  • Configure and update website banners and campaign assets (images, copy) using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
  • Build deeplinks for
    Meta
    and
    Google Ads campaigns
    , integrate voucher links, and verify tracking accuracy.
  • Conduct QA and smoke tests on voucher redemption flows and landing pages.
  • Manage access rights and permissions for freelancers/partners involved in campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize visibility and ensure consistent branding across channels.

Profile & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
    in operational online marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with
    Google Ads
    and
    Meta Ads
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    SEO best practices
    .
  • CMS experience (WordPress, Shopify, or other relevant platforms).
  • Familiarity with
    voucher/coupon campaign management
    .
  • Skilled in
    UTM tagging, deeplink creation, and QA/testing of digital campaigns
    .
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
