Our future colleague:

The HR team is expanding, so we are looking for a colleague to manage the recruitment process for diverse types of roles. You should place the most suitable potential future colleagues on the right team and will make sure that candidates have a great experience during our hiring process, and for that, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role for white collar positions (3-5 years) and the knowledge of working within a recruitment agency it will represent an advantage;
  • Higher education in psychology or sociology field;
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs;
  • Experience of collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers;
  • Business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts;
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to easily establish connections with other people;
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team and to manage multiple activities simultaneously;
  • Attention to detail and proactivity;
  • Result orientation and rapid identification of solutions when unforeseen situations arise;
  • Fluency in English (intermediate level);

Within our team, you will be responsible of:

  • Identifying and attract qualified candidates for open positions using various channels like professional networks, hiring platforms and applicant tracking systems;
  • Review CVs, set up meetings with selected candidates and manage interviews scheduled for various types of roles;
  • Managing the entire hiring process, from initial contact to final offer, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of open roles;
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile;
  • Presenting and negotiate job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates;
  • Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool and the business activities;
  • Leverages internal and external data to make objective recommendations that lead to the best talent hiring decisions;
  • Contribute to managing and promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent;
  • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practice;
