  • Ai studii superioare finalizate sau pe final (nu contează, noi știm că ai talent );
  • Ești

    în limba română (gramatica este punctul tău forte );
  • Spui "Hello" sau "How can I help you?" fără să te uiți pe Google Translate;
  • Ai răbdare, empatie și știi să asculți (chiar și când povestea pare lungă );
  • Detaliile nu-ți scapă niciodată (nici măcar acea virgulă uitată);
  • Știi să te organizezi ca un maestru al timpului ;
  • Poți lucra în ture (mai rar noaptea, promitem).

  • Asigurând corectitudinea datelor clienților – detaliile contează
  • Înțelegând în profunzime cum funcționează produsele și serviciile băncii noastre;
  • Gândind mereu la
    cum să îmbunătățim experiența clientului
    (și făcând echipă bună cu colegii tăi).
