Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager

Companie autohtona si lider de piata in solutii de tehnologie integrate pentru retail, recruteaza pentru pozitia de Key Account Manager.

Acest rol va avea responsabilitati de gestionarea a unui portofoliu de clienti corporate, si de a dezvolta noi oportunitati de afaceri, inclusiv deschiderea unor verticale noi.

Responsabilitati cheie

  • Managementul relatiilor cu clientii: construire si mentinere de relatii solide pe termen lung cu clientii cheie; punct unic de contact.
  • Planificare strategica: elaborare si implementare de planuri de cont pentru atingerea obiectivelor clientilor si ale companiei; cresterea veniturilor si profitabilitatii.
  • Vanzari si crestere: identificarea oportunitatilor de upsell si cross-sell pentru extinderea businessului in conturile existente.
  • Prospectare si generare de leaduri: identificarea de clienti noi prin cercetare de piata, recomandari, evenimente si contactare la rece; calificarea oportunitatilor.
  • Dezvoltarea de verticale noi: cartografierea segmentelor tinta, validarea nevoilor si definirea ofertelor initiale impreuna cu echipele de produs si marketing.
  • Reprezentarea clientului: intelegerea nevoilor clientilor si comunicarea lor interna; coordonare cu departamentele relevante pentru indeplinirea cerintelor.
  • Negociere: conducerea negociarilor contractuale si administrarea SLA-urilor pentru termeni avantajosi reciproc.
  • Monitorizarea performantei: revizuiri de business periodice si analiza indicatorilor cheie de cont; identificarea ariilor de imbunatatire.
  • Rezolvare de probleme: gestionarea prompta a sesizarilor si disputelor; mentinerea unui nivel ridicat de satisfactie.

Profilul tau

  • Experienta minim 3-5 ani in vanzari B2B
  • Experienta in lucru cu targete, bugete, deadline-uri;
  • Deschidere care intelegerea tehnica a solutiilor companiei;
  • Excelente abilitati de negociere;
  • Cunostinte avansate - Microsoft Office;
  • Cunostinte medii limba engleza;
  • Cunoasterea mecanismelor de vanzare;
  • Posesor de permis de conducere si disponibilitate la deplasari
