In this role, you will support the sales process by providing technical consultancy, designing solutions, coordinating pre-sales activities, and maintaining vendor relationships - ensuring high-quality proposals and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Technical consultancy
  • Prepare technical documentation (proposals, RFPs, RFIs, tenders)
  • Provide technical and product guidance to Sales and customers
  • Participate in demos and POCs to support solution positioning
  • Presales project coordination
  • Define and monitor deliverables and timelines
  • Collect and validate input from all stakeholders
  • Ensure vendor pricing and costs are consolidated
  • Vendor & distribution management
  • Maintain strong relationships with PAMs, AMs, presales, and technical teams
  • Participate in vendor/distributor events
  • Track partnership status and manage internal training assignments
  • Product & solutions expertise
  • Stay up to date with market and technology trends
  • Attend trainings, obtain certifications, and participate in vendor programs
  • Evaluate and introduce relevant technologies
  • Knowledge sharing & support
  • Share best practices
  • Deliver internal and external product/solution trainings
  • Participate in early implementation phases to ensure alignment with client expectations and provide post-sales support
  • Work procedure and reporting:
  • timely and accurately follow all relevant working procedures, in particular reporting, time tracking, project planning, information sharing, to ensure work is performed according to agreed standards and expectations, resource planning and specific KPI

Required knowledge and skills

  • Experience in a presales or consultancy roles
  • Ability to capture client requirements and create functional specifications
  • Experience with technical writing (RFPs, bids, proposals)
  • Knowledge of hardware/software solutions from major endpoint vendors
  • Relevant technical and/or presales certifications (preferred)
  • Technical writing and solution architecture design skills
