Junior Immigration Consultant

Our Relocation division is currently seeking a
Junior Immigration Consultant
to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our global clients As a company that provides immigration support and legal advise to multinational companies, we need someone who is passionate about helping our clients obtain work permits, residence permits, visas, and all other documents required by the Romanian authorities from compliances reasons.

Whether you have previous experience in immigration procedures or not ( even at least 1 -2 years experience is really advisable and will make a difference in our final decision) , we are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, is involved in relationships with public institutions, is pro-active , very sociable and has experience in working with clients. If you are flexible, possess a driving license, have minimum experience and knowledge of immigration law and are proficient in English and Microsoft Office software, we would love to hear from you

As a Junior Immigration Consultant, you will work under the close supervision of our senior immigration consultants and will be responsible for preparing the necessary files, arranging meetings, representing us and our clients at the authorities, contacting different authorities, embassies, and institutions, submitting application files individually or assisting the clients, collecting documents, and delivering the final documents to our clients. Your responsibilities will also include keeping track of deadlines, updating internal databases, monitoring changes in immigration legislation, checking constantly the status of our clients' applications, preparing draft emails and official requests, ensuring that all documents meet the legal requirements, and coordinating with other internal departments when needed.

You will be required to spend around 50% of your time in the office and the other 50% going to authorities and sometimes to our clients. You might also be required to go on business trips for different audiences or for submitting various application files with the immigration authorities, participating in meetings or events relevant to the immigration process, and supporting senior consultants in special projects.
