Ce ar trebui să ai?​

  • ​Să ai energie și aptitudini bune pentru o comunicare clară și coerentă prin telefon;
  • Să ai experiență anterioară în relaționarea cu clienții prin intermediul telefonului (ar fi un avantaj);
  • Să ai abilitatea de a centraliza și gestiona informațiile;
  • Să ai cunoștințe foarte bune de utilizare a calculatorului;
  • Să ai atenție la detalii și capacitatea de a te adapta ușor la situațiile apărute;
  • Să ai predilecție pentru lucrul în echipă și să fii o persoană responsabilă.

Ce ar trebui să faci?

  • Să preiei solicitările clienților în care apar neconformități – prin e-mail si telefonic;
  • Să păstrezi o atitudine profesională orientată către soluționarea problemelor clientului;
  • Să identifici corect nevoile clienților și să furnizezi informații complete legate de comenzi / statusul coletelor / serviciile oferite;
  • Să transmiți oferte personalizate și să oferi consultanță clienților;
  • Să redirecționezi solicitările către departamentele specializate;
  • Să centralizezi și să organizezi informațiile interdepartamentale.
