About the Role
Myskin SRL is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant to support daily operations in our beauty & aesthetics distribution activities. The ideal candidate is motivated, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
• Manage emails, phone calls, and daily communication with clients and suppliers.
• Organize and maintain company documents, contracts, and product files.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and internal documentation.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with planning company activities.
Logistics & Order Management
• Assist with processing orders, invoicing, and preparing delivery documents.
• Coordinate with courier companies and track shipments.
• Maintain stock records, assist in inventory updates, and communicate product availability.
Client & Partner Support
• Offer support to existing clients regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
• Prepare product information, technical sheets, and catalogs for partners.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and preparing necessary documentation.
Marketing & Sales Assistance
• Support preparation of promotional materials, social media content, and product launches.
• Help organize training sessions, demonstrations, and professional events.

Requirements
Professional Skills
• Experience in an administrative or assistant role (beauty/aesthetics industry is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
